To create a campaign, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the Campaign link on the menu. You will be taken to the following page, which looks something similar to the image below:

Step 2: Click on the Add button. You will then see a form with the following fields, Campaign Name, Target Group, Start Date and End Date.

Step 3: Fill in the form to create your campaign. You can name it anything you wish. Enter the target group and choose the start and end date. You can also choose the Switchback questions for your campaign.

You can check the Save as Draft checkbox if you want to use the campaign later and you can allow Anonymity by checking the Anonymize Data checkbox.

Step 4: Add questions by clicking on the Add Questions button. You will find the Default questions created by Switchback on the Question Manager link on the menu.

Step 5: Submit the form by clicking on the Create button.
